The American Baptist Churches of New Jersey encourages all of our churches to provide retirement benefits to church employees, with special emphasis upon our pastoral leadership.  The need for funds at the time of retirement calls upon every church and pastor to take the necessary steps to insure these funds are set aside throughout ones years of ministry. The Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board has been a faithful steward of such resources and it is their primary purpose to assist churches in providing a means to address these needs.  There is also need for death and disability coverage for those who serve in our churches.  To address these needs, we turn to the Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board whose history has been strong and very supportive in addressing retirement solutions, death and disability coverage and compensation of all church employees.
