On December 8 a group gathered a Camp Lebanon to celebrate the ministry of Rev. Vernl Mattson, and his wife Corrine. It was a blessed event, during which Vernl was held up in high esteem by many of his friends and colleagues. Games were played, laughter was shared, and too much food was eaten. Perhaps the highlight of the celebration was when a letter, written by one of the Mattson's daughters, was read. This glowing tribute, highlighting Vernl's faithfulness, compassion, and strength, touched all who heard it.

God bless you Vernl and Corrine as you embark on a new journey, and we are glad you'll be sticking around in New Jersey so we'll continue to enjoy your fellowship and company!
