COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION. In addition to online registration form, a MEDICAL FORM with a Parent/Guardian signature is REQUIRED. NOTE: Form will be returned if incomplete or not signed in both places by parent/guardian. Medical form is provided at the bottom of this page.
Campers are registered by GRADE COMPLETED as of the end of JUNE 2022, NOT BY AGE LEVELS.
A link to pay by credit is below. You can pay in full or the MINIMUM $100 non–refundable deposit. Balance due ON registration day.

A hardcopy of the MEDICAL FORM signed by the camper’s PARENT/GUARDIAN needs to be mailed to the camp office or brought to camp at drop off. Please note, that if the child's parent/guardian is not dropping off the camper and the medical form is not filled out completely or is missing parent/guardian signature the camper will NOT BE ALLOWED to attend that camp session.
