Things Are Heating Up

Help transform lives this Summer at Camp Lebanon!

Help transform lives this Summer at Camp Lebanon!

While Camp Lebanon endures one of the coldest New Jersey winters in recent memory, things are heating up for the 2018 Summer camping season.

Our summer theme is “In God’s Image,” and our key Scripture verse is found in Genesis 1:27. This summer we are also pleased to announce a few “tweaks” to our programming.

First, we are expanding the Family Camp session to a full week!  Families can choose to come for a day, part of the week, or the entire week.  Last year’s reintroduction of Family Camp saw seventy participants from several different eras come to renew their love for Camp Lebanon.  Bring your photos and your memories and come make new memories with your friends and families.

Second, we will be offering “new” camp session is being added for fifth and sixth graders, Baseball Camp!  This camp will be led by certified coach and instructor, the Rev. Dennis O’Neill Jr. Our campers will learn skills and sportsmanship as they practice, play, and watch the sport of baseball.  Campers will also have an opportunity to look behind the scenes of our beloved local baseball team, the Somerset Patriots!

As our summer camping season approaches we are looking for the summer staff who will lead, serve, and guide our campers through one of the best experiences of their lives.  Our summer staff consists of:

  • Counselor crew, college age and older
  • Kitchen crew – 16 years of age and older
  • Lifeguards – 16 years of age and older
  • Maintenance crew – 16 years of age and older
  • Arts & craft crew – 16 years of age or older

Come and help change lives and make Disciples for Jesus Christ!
