ABCNJ Mourns the Loss of Dr. Mary Ling
ABCNJ has received word that Rev. Mary Shen Ling, D. Min. passed away on July 15, 2012 at the age of 92. Rev. Ling was ordained on June 12, 1988 by the American Baptist Churches USA and served for 12 years as the pastor of the South Jersey Chinese Christian Church, Moorestown, NJ. She retired in December 1994. Rev. Ling was a resident of Riverview Estates for more than 10 years.
Our deep sympathy goes to her family and many friends. Service of Remembrance will be Friday, July 20 at 8:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, 19 W. Main Street, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Visitation will be at 7:00 pm.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 21 at 9:30 am at the Chinese Christian Church and Center, 225 N. 10th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, with viewing at 9:00 am. Interment will be held at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverview Estates (Baptist Home of South Jersey), 303 Bank Avenue, Riverton, NJ 08077.
